My path toward this work was shaped by personal experiences that taught me resilience, patience, and a deeper respect for how the body and mind respond to stress.
At one point in my life, I was living with a chronic illness and was told that having children might not be possible. Over time, that illness went into remission, which deeply changed how I understand the body’s capacity for healing, regulation, and change.
Today, I am the mother of three children, who are truly the lights of my life and part of the inspiration behind the name Threelights Healing.
Along the way, I have also supported loved ones through health challenges, uncertainty, and loss. These experiences showed me how much people carry quietly, and how important it is to have spaces where they can feel supported, steady, and not alone.
They also shaped the way I approach this work today, with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s life.
The name Threelights Healing reflects something I believe is essential for lasting wellbeing: balance between mind, body, and spirit. When these parts of us begin to work together, calm and clarity become easier to access.
