CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled service via email or phone call without penalty.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service will be subject to a charge of half the service rate. This includes instances where the service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, and the service provider is not obligated to make up the lost time.

"No-shows" (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service amount, and no refund will be issued.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed and the product has been downloaded.

If you encounter any issues downloading your purchased digital product, don't hesitate to get in touch with Joceline at joceline@threelights.org within 3 days for assistance.

Refund Policy: Reiki, Coaching, and Consulting

Please note that all sales are final once services are rendered. We do not offer refunds for Reiki, coaching, or consulting sessions that have already taken place. While I am committed to providing the highest quality guidance and support, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes from Reiki sessions or coaching/consulting relationships. Results depend on your active participation, openness, and willingness to implement the work.

For Payment Plans:

If you are on a payment plan and are not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request to stop future payments for services not yet rendered.

For Payments Made in Full:
If you made a payment in full and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund for any Reiki, coaching, or consulting sessions that have NOT yet been rendered.
