I'm Joceline Le, the person behind Threelights (operating as Threelights Healing Inc.). I run threelights.org and provide coaching, Reiki, hypnotherapy, educational content, and related digital products and programs personally.

2. Information I Collect

I may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address, when you fill out my contact form, book a session, or sign up for a free resource
  • Payment information when you purchase a session, program, or membership; payments are processed by third-party providers (see Section 4) and I do not store your full payment card details
  • Session and booking details you provide when scheduling an appointment
  • Website usage data, collected automatically through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, time spent on the site, general location (city/region level), and how you arrived at my site
  • Communications you send me directly, such as emails or messages through my contact form

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide the services or products you've requested
Schedule and manage appointments
Send you information you've opted in to receive, such as the free Calm Reset audio or Academy updates
Process payments for sessions, programs, and memberships
Understand how visitors use my website, so I can improve it
Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements

I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services I Use

I work with a small number of trusted third-party platforms to run my business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic and engagement data
  • Flodesk — email opt-ins and email communications (such as the free Calm Reset)
  • PayPal — payment processing for private sessions
  • Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking (Clarity Calls and sessions)
  • Skool — hosting for Calm & Clarity Academy, including membership billing and community participation

When you use these services through my site, you may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

6. How I Protect Your Information

I take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you share with me, including relying on reputable third-party platforms (see Section 4) that maintain their own security standards. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services, meet legal or accounting obligations, or as required by the third-party platforms I use (for example, email records within Flodesk, or session history within Acuity).

8. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

  • Ask what personal information I hold about you
  • Ask me to correct inaccurate information
  • Unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Request that I delete your personal information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require me to retain certain records

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or for legal reasons. The most current version will always be posted on this page.

5. Cookies & Analytics

My website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, primarily through Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. This helps me see which pages are most helpful and where visitors may be running into friction.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing or contacting me.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal privacy laws of Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
